ORDERS AND SHIPPING:
Shipping is $5 within the US whatever the size of your order is.
I ship USPS Ground or Priority Mail. If you are outside of the US or prefer UPS or Fedex, please let me know by email before you check out. I'll get in touch with rates.
If you have any other special shipping instructions please let me know in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout.
First Order Minimum is $250.
Restock Order Minimum is $150.
I make all of the jewelry myself and items are made to order. I'll ship your order as quickly as possible after you place it, generally within 1-3 weeks depending on the time of year and current demand.
Invoices are emailed and mailed with shipment. I'll include a paper copy or a packing slip with your shipment.
If you need inventory codes or wholesale/retail prices included on each item, please let me know. I won't do that by default but I can if it helps you with your record keeping.
If you want me to write the names of stones or materials on the display cards, please make a note at checkout.
ABOUT THE MATERIALS USED:

Inquire about substitutions.
Get in touch if you have pieces in the shop you would like to trade back for new inventory.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If an item breaks or a customer wants to replace a lost earring, I usually offer free repairs and replace earrings at half the cost of the pair. Feel free to either put them in direct contact with me or you can contact me on behalf of the customer. Whatever you feel comfortable with.
